TammyAs a young child, I remember all my toys under the Christmas tree being toy cats and dogs. My passion for animals grew stronger as I got older and I ventured off after I graduated High School to the New York School Of Dog Grooming. At the age of 20, I opened my 1st business in mobile dog grooming. I continued my interest for many years in grooming, boarding and pet store management.
Over the years, I've learned that many pet owners cherish their pets as their children. People just want to know that those children are being well loved and safe. I've found that communication is the key factor in this. If you can share a picture or sweet moment with an owner, that brings them peace of mind that their animal is being pampered. As the owner of Cozy Noses Pet Sitting- Boarding, I value that communication factor and educate my sitters that consistent correspondence is what clients want while on a vacation, business trip or simply a long day at work. My team of sitters and I, were able to take a couple in their senior years from never traveling because they were too afraid to place their pets in anyone's care, to going out and enjoying their life. We were thanked a million times over for the trusting, loving and reliable care that now allows them to feel free to come and go. To live life again. It's this kind of gratitude that makes my operating this business, altogether rewarding. |
JudyAnimals have always been a part of my life. As a kid We had a family dog, gerbil and a few fish…all named Goldy.
My children had dogs of all sizes and breeds, along with cats, reptiles, rabbits, fish, birds, chickens, miniature donkeys (my favorite), horses and any stray or injured animal that would drop by for us to rescue. Now that I'm a retired nurse, I continue to provide top notch care for people's loved ones. Only now, most of them have four legs and a lot more hair! |
LynnI grew up in the Midwest and have always had a passion for and surrounded myself with animals to include dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, goats, cattle and horses. My mother always called me the stray and injured animal magnet and I always cared for friends and families pets while they were away. I relocated to Arizona in 1999, have a Masters in Social Work and worked in child welfare for over twenty years. I am a proud Navy veteran and my husband and I fostered over 42 children and raised our 2 biological and 5 adopted children. I have previously volunteered for local dog rescues helping with fund raising, adoptions and fostering. I have a passion for rescuing misplaced senior dogs. Our rescue pack currently includes two miniature Australian Shepherds-Remi and Bailey, a blind/deaf dachshund-Dee Dee, a labradoodle-Duke and an English Bulldog-Penelope along with Mango our very spoiled sun conure and Bandit our African Pygmy hedgehog. I am so grateful to have been able to turn my passion for animals into a career and absolutely love giving others a peace of mind knowing your fur and feather babies are cared for like they are my own when you are away.

CathyI was raised in a military life. My father was in the Air Force for 31 years. Growing up as a kid with 4 other siblings, our family traveled frequently. We were never able to have any pets. When I married, we raised two children and adopted many dogs. Our children grew up with basset hounds, with our first one named Penny. Jezebel came later along with Millie (a stray we found) and then finally Molly. They were super family hounds!
It was after our children became young adults, finished college and moved back to New England that we finally realized we were missing something. Chance was our first Weim, an older fella that we adopted from a Weim rescue in Denver. We waited two years with him and added a brother for company. Cody was a 6 month old Weim adopted from a breeder in Waddell. He was born with Megaesophagus. Although we are now "petless" again, I enjoy working with families and their pets and will continue to provide the attentive and special care for them. |
